- 1.If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, it will be changed to a cruise on the Lake Kawaguchi featuring the Warring States Daimyo ship, or the ticket fee 1000JPY will be refunded(please email us for refund)
- 2.The Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will be closed for maintenance during the following periods: May 11 – July 15, 2026 December 7 – December 18, 2026, During this time, the ropeway will not operate. A Lake Kawaguchi Sightseeing Boat cruise will be provided instead.
- 3.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point.Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join。 Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- 4.Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable, and visibility of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding
- 5.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
