- A Full Passport or Gardens-only ticket is required. If you plan to visit the Palace, please share your timed entry so we can coordinate. Palace entry times must be respected, while garden access is flexible throughout the day. The Palace is closed on Mondays year-round, but the gardens stay open and are usually less crowded. Musical Fountain Shows take place on selected dates; please check the official Château de Versailles website if you wish to include them.
- After booking, please check your GYG inbox (or WhatsApp, for last-minute bookings) for my message.
- Arrivals more than 30 min. late may be treated as a no-show & may not be eligible for refund/rescheduling.
- In rare cases of severe weather (thunderstorms/official garden closure), the photoshoot may be rescheduled. Light rain, overcast skies, or mild conditions do not qualify for cancellation/refund, as sessions can still be completed successfully. The photographer assesses conditions & decides whether rescheduling is necessary.
