Author and head of London's only multi-award-winning purposeful bakery for a truly unique and unforgettable 2.5-hour Dessert Tower Making Masterclass and cocktail experience at his Park Royal baking academy.
You will be welcomed and throughout the experience offered a selection of hand-crafted cocktails. As you settle into your workbench and don your apron (whch is yours to keep) you will see everyting needed is infront of and you wont need to bring anything and you dont need any baking expeirnce, Greg and his team will show you the various was to stick the array of cake and sweet treats and in whats order to place them, they will reveal the secrets behind his gravity-defying dessert towers. Then you can follow Greg as you build your 38 cm tall towers over the next hour using 7 different types of sweet treats. Working with Gregs team you will have 30 minutes to add those all-important finishing touches and grab another cocktail. In the final 30 minutes, everyone will present their towers and one will crowned Top Baker, then dig into Greg's creation while chatting, sipping a goodbye cocktail and white the team wrap your towers to go, Everyone gets an exculsive branded apron, framed & signed Dessert Tower Creator certificate, an exclusive recipe booklet & your tower to take away
