Start your journey at Molo Beverello, where you will board a hydrofoil bound for Ischia, the green island. In less than an hour, land in Casamicciola porto (Island of Ischia), the starting point for an itinerary that promises a perfect balance of taste, history, and nature.
Continue to La Mortella Gardens, a botanical masterpiece created by Susana Walton. Here, nature expresses itself in all its power: ponds, fountains, and waterfalls create dreamlike scenery, while rare plants from all over the world - Australian tree ferns, tropical water lilies, and lotus flowers - coexist with the Mediterranean maquis.
In 2004, it received the first prize as "the most beautiful park in Italy", but La Mortella is not just a garden: it is a place of culture and music. During the visit, explore history by entering the Walton's House Museum and the atmospheric ‘Temple of the Sun’. - After the tour of the garden, you will be able to enjoy free time in Casamicciola.
- Departure from Naples Molo Beverello is scheduled at 08:30.
- Hydrofoil tickets will be issued 24h before the departure. If there's no availability, the departure times could change.
- Once you arrive at the port of Casamicciola, there will be a transfer to take you to the Giardini La Mortella.
- The garden has steep paths and steps, not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility impairments
- The return hydrofoil will be at 5.40 pm from Casamicciola to Naples, while the transfer from Giardini La Mortella will be half an hour earlier.
- You have to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
