See the three sides of St. Peter's most travelers never connect the basilica floor, the dome above, and the tombs below all in one expert-led experience.
Start inside the basilica itself, where your guide brings 500 years of art, power, and faith roaring to life. Michelangelo's dome overhead. Bernini's bronze baldachin towering over the altar. Mosaics so fine you'll swear they're paintings. Every corner hides a story and your guide knows them all.
Then you climb. Up through Michelangelo's dome to the very top, where all of Rome opens beneath you St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Gardens, and the rooftops of the Eternal City stretching to the horizon. It's the view that leaves travelers speechless, and you'll have earned every step.
Finally, descend into the Vatican Grottoes beneath the basilica floor the sacred resting place of the popes, including the Tomb of St. Peter himself. It's the quiet, powerful heart of the Catholic world, and few visitors ever understand what they're standing above.
With premium headsets, you'll catch every word even at the busiest hours, and a small-group setup means no getting lost and no straining to hear. This is St. Peter's the way it was meant to be seen top to bottom, nothing missed.
Rome's greatest sight deserves more than a quick look. Book now and experience all three.
