Know before you go
- Parque Garrafon opening hours: Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The ferry departs from Playa Langosta in Cancun at 9:00 am. If you are willing to take this ferry, you must arrive at the mentioned location at least 45 minutes before the departing time to do the check-in and receive the bracelet. Without this bracelet, you won't be able to embark on the ferry.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory for aquatic programs.
- Women who are less than five months pregnant may only participate if accompanied by an adult and have signed a waiver.
