Instructions
Please find your guide at the meeting spot. They will have all of the necessary tickets.
We meet in Piazza del Duomo, 41, directly across from the cafe of the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Your guide will have a signboard that says, “Walks In Europe.”

- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Backpacks of any size or dimension, and any bag designed to be worn on the back, are not allowed.
- Sandals, sleeveless shirts, and shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral. Please bring a scarf to cover up before entering.
- The baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the vault's mosaics.
- On Sundays and holidays, skip-the-line priority access to the Cathedral is suspended as it is closed to all visitors. Instead, we will visit the Ancient Basilica of Santa Reparata (the Crypt).
- Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
