Relax on the beach, see marine life, or try water activities

Begin your trip at Miami Beach Marina in South Beach and board a pontoon boat to a quiet island in Biscayne Bay. Along the way, see views of South Beach and the waterfront homes on Star Island and Fisher Island.

Listen to music on the boat, and you can purchase food and drinks available onboard (at your own expense). At the island, get a short intro to snorkeling before heading into the water, where you will see fish and other sea life.

If you prefer, you can relax on a floating mat, try a water tube, or sit on the beach. After about an hour on the island, take the boat back across the bay. The tour includes a 60-minute snorkeling experience and a 15-minute boat ride to and from the snorkeling location.

Instructions

Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time, as parking and transportation can cause delays
Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Be sure to go to the bathroom before boarding the boat, as there are no bathrooms on the island or on the boat
Meeting point instructions: Enter the Miami Beach Marina near the waterfront side of “Monty’s Sunset” restaurant
Go through the metal gate marked “Dock E” to the blue octagonal building where the “Water Taxi” boat will pick you up. The best place to park is the 5th St & Alton Garage. Entrance on Lennox Ave., just North of 5th St. Then it is an 11-minute walk
