Instructions
• You will travel by train independently from Rome to Florence and back (tickets included)
You will then meet your guide at the tour departure point in Florence in Piazza della Calza, at 20 minutes walk from the station.
• In the case of disruption due to third-party service providers (e.g., national train operators), the company will do its best to offer alternative arrangements. Refunds or credits may be issued at the company's discretion, but cannot be guaranteed if compensation is not received from the third party.
• The local partner will send you an email a week before the tour confirming the exact meeting point and departure time
