Escape the busy streets of Tokyo and spend a day surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. On this guided tour, you will enjoy breathtaking views, hands-on experiences, and the charm of traditional Japan. The tour departs from Shinjuku (LOVE Statue) at 7:30 AM. Relax in a comfortable air-conditioned coach as you head toward the scenic Kawaguchi area, with Mt. Fuji towering in the distance. Your first stop is a cruise across Lake Kawaguchi. Admire the iconic mountain from a new perspective as you glide over the calm waters. Next, visit Oishi Park, a peaceful spot where you can take in Mt. Fuji framed by seasonal flowers. It is a perfect place for photos or a leisurely walk. After enjoying the scenery, try your hand at Hoto noodle cooking, a regional specialty. Then, settle in for a Hoto lunch made with the noodles you just prepared, using fresh local ingredients. Gluten-free option is available on request. In the afternoon, explore Oshino Hakkai, a charming village with crystal-clear spring ponds fed by Mt. Fuji’s snowmelt. Wander among traditional thatched houses and enjoy the tranquil, rural atmosphere. Finally, visit the picturesque Arakurayama Sengen Shrine, home to the famous five-story pagoda and sweeping views of Mt. Fuji, one of the most photographed spots in Japan. The tour concludes with a return to Shinjuku Station around 5:30 PM, leaving you with memories of an unforgettable day among Japan’s iconic landscapes.
