Upon arrival, present your ID or confirmation email to the staff member, who will then securely store your luggage for the day.

When you're ready to retrieve your belongings, return to the same location within the opening hours. Show your ID or confirmation email once more, and your luggage will be swiftly returned to you. This straightforward process ensures that your exploration of Lisbon is as effortless and hassle-free as possible.
