- Bags of any kind are not permitted inside the Duomo, as guests must climb narrow stairways to access the Terrace and Cupola
- Due to security reasons, children under 7 years of age aren't allowed on this tour and minors under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace easily
- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers
