Enjoy an unforgettable tour in the Retiro Park exploring monuments, their history, fauna, and flora on a Segway in a comfortable, eco-friendly, and fun way.
We begin the experience at our store, located at Avenida Menéndez Pelayo, 9, where you will receive a brief training session before starting the tour.
We head towards the iconic Casa de Fieras. It was the first zoo in Madrid. Today, it is a cultural space where exhibitions are held. We will continue to the Jardines de Cecilio Rodríguez, where we find a peaceful refuge for several spectacular peacocks that are the true protagonists of the area.
Our next stop will be the Ángel Caído, a sculpture that represents the fall of Lucifer. An interesting fact is that it is located 666 meters above sea level. Continuing along the route, we will arrive at La Rosaleda, a garden with more than 4000 rose bushes. This garden is famous for its impressive blooming during the spring months.
We will proceed towards the spectacular Palacio de Cristal, one of the park’s most iconic and stunning buildings, with its impressive glass structure that seems to float among the trees.
We will then reach the Estanque Lago, where we will find the Monument to Alfonso XII, a majestic tribute to the king. Finally, we will head towards the Parterre of El Retiro Park, a French-style garden, ideal for taking photos, where we will see the oldest tree in Madrid, “El Ahuehuete.”
After this historical and cultural journey, we will return to the store, leaving you with an unforgettable memory of the history and beauty of Madrid to conclude this unique experience.
