- If you arrive late, it will not be possible to join the tour or reschedule your visit.
- Please bring your own earphones/headsets, as they are not provided.
- Please note that this activity is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- The Colosseum checks visitors' names and ID cards, the wait can be longer than expected.
- The Colosseum management does not provide the possibility to amend or cancel admission tickets; for this reason, we are unable to refund guests who do not wish to join the tour due to bad weather.
- The amount paid covers reservation services, staff assistance, taxes, VAT, the special access card, the audio guide service, and other operational expenses.
- The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour, be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes before your departure time.
