Your day starts at the Academia Museum, where you'll enjoy a guided tour and will see a number of world-famous works of art, including Michelangelo's David!
Following your visit to the Accademia, your guide will take you to marvel at the exterior of the Duomo, also known as Santa Maria Del Fiore. This iconic landmark, with its epic Gothic architecture, and iconic red dome not only makes for perfect snapshots, but also plays a crucial part in Fiorentine history.
**Continue to the famous lively Mercato dell Porcellino, known for its leather goods and famous bronze boar, our guide will remind you to rub its snout for luck and toss a coin into the fountain to ensure a return to Florence

Know before you go
- Avoid bringing large bags. The Uffizi and Accademia require you to check them in
- On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
- The Uffizi does not allow visitors to bring liquids inside the museum, so do not bring water bottles. Baby bottles or medicine liquids are acceptable
- The sites marked as 'optional' are only visited externally during the full-day walking tour, not on the half-day tour.
- We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line.
