- Due to the complexity of the monument's entrance policy, the whole excursion could change, so be very attentive to the information you may receive via whatsapp or email.
- In most of the monuments it is not allowed to enter with backpacks larger than 40 x 40 cm. and it is not allowed to enter with baby carriages, they will be deposited in the luggage room.
- Indicate the age of all participants, the ID or passport number of all participants and the first and last names of all participants.
- Please note that the order of visits may be altered according to the Alhambra's entrance schedule, as it is not possible to obtain entrance tickets prior to booking.
- Tickets are nominative, so participant details or dates cannot be changed after booking.
- You must bring a valid and original passport or identity card. Photocopies are not accepted.
