Wired audio guides, available on the lower deck, cover 14 languages: EN, DE, ZH, KO, ES, IT, JA, NL, PL, PT, RU, FR, AR, HI. KN, NL, and PL are only supported with wired audio guide, not on the mobile.
- Cruise tickets are valid for a month and can be used at any time in the company’s operating hours.
- Les Terrasses du Trocadéro is open 10:00 AM–11:30 PM
- Operating hours may change depending on the company’s schedules. During peak season and holidays, waits for the cruise may be longer than usual, can reach up to 2 hours.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board.
- Please note that your tasting won't take place on the cruise. Your tickets will be sent to you one day before your tour date.
- Summer: departures every 30 min (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) Winter: every 45 min (10:30 AM–9:00 PM).
