- Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. No rescheduling within 24 hours.
- Capacity: Maximum 6 per aircraft; larger groups are split.
- Check-in: Flights before 3:30 PM: arrive 30 minutes early. Flights at 3:30 PM or later: arrive 45 minutes early.
- Children: Ages 2+ require a full-fare seat.
- Flight timing & sunset: Flights may depart anytime between check-in and scheduled departure. We do not offer dedicated sunset tours. Booking near sunset guarantees neither sunset views nor departure at the scheduled time.
- ID: Government-issued photo ID required at check-in. No valid ID: no flight or refund.
- Minimum: Shared flights require 4 guests; otherwise, an alternative flight or full refund is offered.
- Missed flights: Non-refundable.
- Seating: Assigned by weight and balance. Over 275 lbs (125 kg) requires an extra seat on shared flights.
- Security: Screening required before entering.
