- Any children joining must be booked on the tour
- Any toilet breaks at the start of the tour would reduce the total duration of the tour. We therefore ask that you make the necessary arrangements before the tour begins
- During the summer, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors
- If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking
- Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms
- Please DO NOT go straight to the museum's entrance, meet the guide at the meeting point
- Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
- There are many steps in the Louvre and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on this tour
- There may be a wait of up to 20 minutes at the security check-in during peak season
