Lisbon: Jewish Walking Tour

The purpose of the tour is to offer an authentic and unique experience about the Jewish history of Portugal and the city of Lisbon. The route will start at Portas do Sol with a breathtaking view of the Tagus and Alfama, passing through different historical sites, monuments, archaeological excavations, the Jewish Cultural Center and where the Jewish quarters of Lisbon once were. We'll end the tour at Largo de São Domingos, a place of great historical value to Portuguese Judaism.

Even though most of the Jewish monuments have been destroyed, the history is rich and will enrich your knowledge as we cover many subjects and visit all the interesting historical sites in the Old Town.
