- A Boarding Tax (€1.30) is charged to all passengers at check-in.
- By purchasing, participants agree they may be photographed or filmed during the activity (inform staff if you do not consent).
- Free changes via GetYourGuide up to 24h before the activity; after that, a €15 rebooking fee per ticket applies (paid at check-in).

- Please arrive at the ticket booth 30–40 minutes before departure to avoid queues.

- Small backpacks can be brought on board, but large suitcases cannot be stored on the boat. Nearby areas such as Cais do Sodré and Terreiro do Paço have paid luggage lockers where bags can be stored.
