Pay your respects to the emergency response heroes and the innocent lives that were lost with an all-access walking tour of the Ground Zero Memorial, the 9/11 Museum, and the towering One World Observatory.

Show your smartphone ticket at the meeting point
The tour meets at the Westfield Directory on the Main Level of the Oculus (Level C2), near the entrance to the PATH Train. You can enter the Oculus from any direction and walk to the center of the complex, and then go down to Level C2.
Our tour guides will be wearing orange hats.

The VIP option includes an exclusive and fully guided tour inside the 9/11 museum for 1 hour in a small group (13 pax), after which you can remain as long as you wish in the museum.
Under-17s must be accompanied by an adult.
9/11 Memorial & Museum:
A security check is in place. All large bags must be checked at the coat check
No flash photography, no talking on cellular phones
Eating only in the Atrium level
Notes:
Tours take place at any weather. However, make sure you dress appropriately, as they have large portions outdoors
You cannot exit and reenter the venues
