Your afternoon starts at 11.30am from Federation Square in central Melbourne, leaving your whole morning free to explore the city first. From there, you're driven into the Yarra Valley for a relaxed run of tastings: fresh strawberries at a local strawberry farm, a light lunch at Coldstream Dairy which includes a charcuterie board of cheeses made on site, an exclusive sparkling wine tasting at Chandon which includes three tastings with time to purchase lunch or extra tastings if you'd like them, a wine tasting at Yering Station, Victoria's first vineyard, and a private chocolate tasting at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery.
