JUNE Experience a refined series of concerts dedicated to the masterpieces of Frédéric Chopin, performed by internationally acclaimed pianists and talented ensembles.
Elizabeth Sombart opens the season on Thursday June 4 (7:00 PM) with a selection of Chopin’s most beautiful works, followed by Kazumitsu Ujisawa on Friday June 5 (7:30 PM).
Throughout the month, Philippe Alègre offers several recitals featuring iconic pieces such as Waltzes, Nocturnes, Fantaisie-Impromptu and Ballade No.1 (June 6, 18, 20 and 30).
The program also welcomes Trio Ayonis on Sunday June 7 (4:00 PM), bringing together clarinet, tenor and piano for a unique musical experience. Rising talents Mathis Cathignol (June 11 & 12) and Merwan Mazloum (June 13 & 14) will revisit Chopin’s most celebrated compositions.
A special evening on Friday June 19 (7:30 PM) features Charbel Charbel (cello) and Philippe Alègre (piano) performing “The Most Beautiful Pages” by Bach, Beethoven, Liszt, Chopin and Schubert.
The month concludes with an exceptional concert on Sunday June 28 (5:00 PM): Miho Nitta – Piano Concertos Featuring works by Mozart, Chopin, Grieg and Rachmaninov.
JULY In July, Philippe Alègre continues the musical journey with an intimate series of recitals entirely dedicated to Chopin. Performances take place on: July 2, 4, 7, 9, 14 (6:30 PM) and 16 Each concert highlights the timeless elegance of Chopin’s repertoire: Waltzes, Nocturnes, Fantaisie-Impromptu and Ballade No.1
AUGUST The summer season extends into August with two final performances by Philippe Alègre:
Tuesday August 4 – 7:00 PM Thursday August 6 – 7:00 PM A final opportunity to immerse yourself in the poetic and expressive world of Chopin.
