Show your smartphone ticket at the departure location, 299 South St, New York
The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round the North End of the building - near the Fire Department.
Please do not go inside the building at Pier 36
Due to construction the boat departs from different slips - depending on the time of year:
Jan 5 - Mar 1 2026 The boat departs from Slip 4 - please walk South along the pier to find Slip 4
Mar 2 2026 onwards - The boat again departs from Slip 0 - the first slip as you enter the Pier from the North
**Please note**: Check in ends 10 minutes before the cruise departs

Please note that passengers do not get off the boat at Liberty Island
