• Tours operate rain or shine
• Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed
• Authorized guides and service animals are welcome
• Allow at least 3 hours to see both islands
• 2 PM priority entry will not allow enough time to visit Ellis Island
• Statue Cruises is the only authorized provider with access to the grounds of Liberty Island and Ellis Island
• There are lockers available on the island for $2 (12 in x 12 in x 12 in size, quarters only)
• The time that you choose is to join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility, not a specific ferry departure. The wait time can be several hours, particularly during peak season, including summer, weekends, and holidays
• *Getting there (Battery Park):**
• * Metro: 1 to South Ferry (last stop); 4 or 5 to Bowling Green
• * Bus: M1, M6 or M15 to South Ferry (last stop)
• * Ferries depart approximately every 25 - 30 minutes from the New York departure point
• Kids under 4 get in free, no ticket needed
• Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
