Begin with a warm welcome and an introduction to the venue and the "create your own cuvée" concept. Learn about the basics of wine, including the "tool" grape varieties (fruit, structure, roundness, freshness) and how to balance a wine.
Next, participate in a tasting initiation, using the express method (eye, nose, palate) and learning accessible wine vocabulary (tannins, acidity, etc.). Then, enjoy a guided tasting of base wines, tasting 4 to 6 "component" wines to identify preferences and their roles in a blend.
Take a convivial break and enjoy charcuterie and cheese platters while preparing for the "lab" phase. Then, create 2-3 trial blends using beakers and pipettes (balanced, powerful, or fruity styles).
Make final micro-adjustments until you find your "wow" recipe. Transfer the final recipe into the bottle. Hand-dip your bottle in hot wax (cirage) to seal it, giving it a professional and artisanal finish.
Finally, add personalized labels and take a final group photo with your unique creations. Leave with your own personalized, wax-sealed bottle—a truly unique souvenir of your journey in Paris.
