- All Jet Car drivers must have a Florida Boating License if born after January 1, 1988 ($9.99 per driver, non-refundable). A link and study guide will be sent after booking.
- All participants must sign a waiver before departure.
- Drivers aged 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old.
- Each Jet Car has a maximum weight capacity of 572 lbs (259 kg).
- Failure to pay the required balance at check-in will result in denial of participation without refund.
- Parents or legal guardians accompanying minors must present a valid ID and sign the waiver at check-in.
- The activity operates rain or shine, subject to safe weather conditions.
