In the heart of Île Saint-Louis, a food tasting of exceptional oysters accompanied by various Champagnes presented by Camilia.

Participants will go to the Cave du Figuier, in the heart of Île Saint Louis, where they will be welcomed by Camilia, the owner of the establishment. The guests will take their seats at a table and then be able to pair the oysters (6 per person) with different champagnes from small producers. The two champagnes will be completely different, allowing guests to discover the different aromas that can be found in Champagne and in pairings with oysters. A true sea-scented symphony to discover two magnificent French products. Camilia will present the different champagnes and their production methods, the winegrowers, and what makes the products tasted unique. After this tasting, guests can stay on-site, buy other bottles to take away, or enjoy different wines by the glass on the premises.
