On this route, Malvasia Puntinata remains the absolute star, revealing itself in completely new and surprising interpretations that enhance its elegance and complexity.
The journey begins with an evocative guided visit through our vineyards and inside the winery. As you walk among the rows, our guide will reveal the history of the area and explain the delicate process of vine cultivation, showing the unbreakable bond that unites the land with the final product.
From the vineyard, we move on to the tasting area for a real olfactory and gustatory journey dedicated to all three of our distillates. You will start with Scintille, our young grappa that stands out for its freshness, then move on to Scintille acquavite riserva, a precious and enveloping spirit, aged to reveal an extraordinary complexity. The route culminates with Albagin, a premium Italian dry gin that encapsulates the essence and scents of the local botanicals.
The entire spirit tasting will be accompanied by: a meat and cheese platter, hot finger food, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and fresh bread.

Know before you go
- REACH US BY METRO AND SHUTTLE: Take Metro Line C to "Pantano". Outside the station, you will find the TPL public shuttle (operated by "Corsi & Pampanelli"; private transportation is not listed on the navigator). Book and get off at the "Via delle Marmorelle" stop, located in front of the entrance to the estate. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min outbound / 50 min return).
- REACH US BY PRIVATE TRANSFER: You can request a service with a driver. We do not manage this directly, but we will give you the contact details of a partner company for pick-up at your hotel or at the station (Frascati/Colle Mattia). (Average time each way from/to Rome Termini: about 50 minutes, depending on traffic).
- REACH US BY TRAIN: From Rome Termini, take the train to "Galleria Colonna"; from there, a walking path of about 700 meters will take you to the estate. Let us know in advance if you choose this option: the route is not shown on GPS, and we will give you instructions. (Average time from/to Rome Termini: 50 min one way/50 min return).
