An authentic experience to discover our terroir, designed for those who want to learn more about the concept of terroir in the world of wine.
Through the tasting of five single-varietal labels, you will explore the identity of this territory. We will compare the native varieties with the international grape varieties that, when grown on this specific volcanic soil, acquire a completely new and surprising personality.
The focus of the entire route is on expressive purity: a single grape variety for each wine, the ideal choice to understand how the volcano directly influences each glass.
The experience begins with a guided visit of our vineyards and the winery. Walking among the rows with a guide, you can take a close look at the characteristics of the lava soil and discover the history and secrets of our production philosophy.
We then move on to the tasting room, where a five-glass route awaits you. We will start with the freshness of Fuorionda, our classic method, and then delve into the local whites with Albagìa, DOC Roma Malvasia Puntinata, and Galatea, IGT Lazio Malvasia Puntinata. The journey continues into the world of volcanic reds with the Distinto, IGT Lazio Cesanese, and concludes with the Neralbo, IGT Lazio Syrah.
The five glasses will be served alongside a selection of four courses. Each dish is specially designed to enhance the different nuances and minerality of the wines offered. You'll also get to taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fresh artisan bread.

Know before you go
- REACH US BY METRO AND SHUTTLE: Take Metro Line C to "Pantano". Outside the station, at the stop, you will find the TPL public shuttle (operated by "Corsi & Pampanelli"; private transportation is not listed on the navigator). Book and get off at the "Via delle Marmorelle" stop, located in front of the entrance to the estate. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min outbound/50 min return).
- REACH US BY PRIVATE TRANSFER: You can request a service with a driver. We don't manage it directly, but we will give you the contact details of a partner company for pick-up at your hotel or at the station (Frascati/Colle Mattia). (Average time each way from/to Rome Termini: about 50 minutes, depending on traffic).
- REACH US BY TRAIN: From Rome Termini, take the train to "Galleria Colonna"; from there, a path of about 700 meters on foot will take you to the estate. Let us know in advance if you choose this option: the route is not shown on GPS, and we will give you instructions. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min one way / 50 min return).
