This experience is designed for those who want to fully explore what Eredi dei Papi has to offer, discovering limited edition labels that represent the ultimate expression of our volcanic territory and our oenological research.

Every single bottle is the result of precise and rigorous choices, born from a meticulous selection of grapes in the field, minimal yields per hectare, carefully studied aging, and a strong regional identity, capable of delivering intense and memorable glasses.

The journey begins in the heart of the estate with a guided visit of the vineyards and the entire winery. Accompanied by a guide, you will walk among the rows to understand the unique characteristics of the lava soil and the production philosophy that guides the creation of our most prestigious selections, discovering the meticulous craftsmanship behind each label in the collection.

From the vineyard, we will move to the tasting area for the highlight of the experience: a sensory journey consisting of four glasses of excellence. You will start with the elegance of "Piperino", our limited edition classic method sparkling wine, then move on to the complexity of "Galatea", IGT Lazio Malvasia, and the enveloping structure of "Neralbo", IGT Lazio Syrah, an international red that acquires unique nuances on the volcanic soil. The route then concludes with a real signature treat: the tasting of "Albagin", our Italian Premium Dry Gin. This final spirit will create a fascinating sensory dialogue between wine and distillation, expanding and amplifying your aromatic perception.

To further elevate the experience, the entire food tasting will be enhanced by a four-course gastronomic accompaniment. Each dish has been specially designed to create a perfect combination with the characteristics and minerality of the limited editions and the gin.

Know before you go

• REACH US BY METRO AND SHUTTLE: Take Metro Line C to "Pantano". Outside the station, at the stop, you will find the TPL public shuttle (operated by "Corsi & Pampanelli"; private transportation is not listed on the navigator). Book and get off at the "Via delle Marmorelle" stop, located in front of the entrance to the estate. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min outbound/50 min return).
• REACH US BY PRIVATE TRANSFER: You can request a service with a driver. We don't manage it directly, but we will give you the contact details of a partner company for pick-up at your hotel or at the station (Frascati/Colle Mattia). (Average time each way from/to Rome Termini: about 50 minutes, depending on traffic).
• REACH US BY TRAIN: From Rome Termini, take the train to "Galleria Colonna"; from there, a path of about 700 meters on foot will take you to the estate. Let us know in advance if you choose this option: the route is not shown on GPS, and we will give you instructions. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min one way / 50 min return).
