During the cruise, you'll take part in a guided tasting of eight single-origin chocolates made by Kina Chocolates using the bean-to-bar process, which involves directly transforming selected cocoa beans into high-quality chocolate. You'll discover how the origin of the cocoa, the varieties grown, and the fermentation and drying processes influence the aromas and flavors of each bar.

The food tasting will be accompanied by a pairing of four wines carefully selected to highlight the aromatic notes of the chocolate. You'll learn to identify sensory profiles, contrasts, and harmonies between the two products, exploring surprising combinations that enhance the food tasting experience.
