Hi, I'm Dana, and I'd love to show you my Paris.
I designed this experience to feel like spending an afternoon with a Parisian friend. No big groups: just 2 to 4 guests, plenty of time to chat, and classic French specialties that we actually eat as locals.
Rather than a series of small tastings, we'll share a real French meal together and explore the charming neighborhood of Batignolles: a lively residential area where locals gather in cafés and browse independent artisan shops. It's a side of Paris that most visitors never get to experience, yet it truly reflects the everyday Parisian life.
We'll start the afternoon the French way with an apéro, accompanied by a glass of wine. You'll choose between fresh oysters from Cancale or a selection of regional specialties like tapenade and pâté de campagne. Then we'll sit down to enjoy a traditional Galette Bretonne, served with a bowl of cider, just as it's enjoyed in Brittany.
Along the way, I'll share the stories behind each specialty, explain French food traditions, and tell you about the neighborhood and the little habits that make everyday life in Paris so special.
To finish, we'll head to the beautiful Parc Monceau for a picnic featuring classic French pastries, like chouquettes and éclairs, while we soak up the atmosphere of one of my favorite parks in the city.
Every stop has been personally chosen because it's a place I genuinely love. My goal isn't just to introduce you to French food, but to help you experience Paris the way locals do.
