A creative route that combines the pleasure of an excellent glass of wine with the most unrestricted artistic expression. This original experience is designed for those who want to disconnect from their routine and experience the winery in an engaging and stimulating way.
Immersed in the tranquility of our rows of vines, you will have the opportunity to paint on canvas or on a characteristic wooden box, letting yourself be guided and inspired by the warm colors, the enveloping scents, and the geometric shapes of the volcanic nature that surrounds us.
It is a free activity, ideal for exploring your creativity and imagination in a totally relaxed, convivial, and fun atmosphere.
The experience begins with a pleasant guided visit through our vineyards and inside the estate. Walking on the lava terrain with our guide, you will discover the history of the estate and our wine production, beginning to familiarize yourself with the evocative landscapes that will serve as the backdrop and inspirational muse for your subsequent artistic creation.
From the walk, we then move on to the creative phase and the actual tasting. You will be provided with a complete painting kit, including all the materials you need to create your work on canvas or a wooden box, which you can then take home as a special and personalized souvenir of the day.
During the artistic session, you will be accompanied by a guided tasting of two selected wines from our cellar: Caparbio, IGT Lazio Bianco, fresh and mineral, and Composto, IGT Lazio Rosso, enveloping and structured.
The glasses will be served paired with a platter of cold cuts and cheese. In addition, the experience will include a food tasting of our extra virgin olive oil, served with fresh bread.

Know before you go
- REACH US BY METRO AND SHUTTLE: Take Metro Line C to "Pantano". Outside the station, you will find the TPL public shuttle (operated by "Corsi & Pampanelli"; private transportation is not shown on the navigator). Book and get off at the "Via delle Marmorelle" stop, located in front of the entrance to the estate. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min outbound / 50 min return).
- REACH US BY PRIVATE TRANSFER: You can request a service with a driver. We do not manage this directly, but we will give you the contact details of a partner company for pick-up at your hotel or at the train station (Frascati/Colle Mattia). (Average time each way from/to Rome Termini: about 50 minutes, depending on traffic).
- REACH US BY TRAIN: From Rome Termini, take the train to "Galleria Colonna"; from there, a walking path of about 700 meters will take you to the estate. Let us know in advance if you choose this option: the route is not shown on GPS, and we will give you the instructions. (Average time from/to Rome Termini: 50 min one way / 50 min return).
