- Accessibility: Due to space limits and safety regulations on vintage Vespas, wheelchairs, strollers, or heavy luggage cannot be accommodated on board.
- Child Policy: Children must be 5 years or older to participate and must be accompanied by an adult.
- If the activity is cancelled due to force majeure,a reschedule of the activity can be offered. If you do not wish the activity to be rescheduled, a full refund of the activity price applies.
- Passenger Distribution: Each Vespa sidecar accommodates a maximum of 2 passengers. One guest sits inside the sidecar, and the second guest sits directly behind the professional driver. Pairs will alternate positions during stops so everyone gets a turn in the sidecar!
- The customer will receive a full refund if they cancel their activity before 24 hours of the activity start time.
- We may advise for a reschedule as a first option to the customer, however if they decline the reschedule, they are eligble for a full refund too
