Instructions

Enter via the Jerónimos entrance, located on the left side of the box office. This entrance is also indicated by a sign outside the museum
Show your Prado Museum ticket on your smartphone to the staff at the entrance
Keep your Prado ticket ready during your visit
Temporary exhibitions may be subject to capacity constrictions. We recommend to visit the temporary exhibitions before the general collection to make sure you get a spot

- Free admission: Mon–Sat 6:00–8:00 pm; Sun and holidays 5:00–7:00 pm (temporary exhibitions not included)

- Free admission for visitors under 18, students aged 18–25, and disabled visitors + one companion

- Discounts for visitors over 65 available on-site

- Museum opens 10:00 am–2:00 pm on holidays

- Last admission: 30 minutes before closing

- Groups of more than 7 must contact the museum directly

- Enter through the Jerónimos entrance (next to the ticket office, marked with signage)

- Show your digital ticket on your smartphone and keep it handy during your visit

- Temporary exhibitions may have limited capacity; recommended to visit them before the general collection

- Lockers available for bags larger than 40x40 cm

Only one modification per order is allowed, and it can be made up until 11:45 PM on the day before your visit. Modifications cannot be made from the mobile version of the website.
You must enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets. At that point, the system will send you an email with a link that allows you to manage your tickets. The link will be valid for one hour.
Within the link, you must select the tickets you want to modify and then choose the option that best suits your needs: “View tickets,” “Change visit date,” or “Change visit time.”
Once the changes have been made, you must click “Confirm” to finalize them.
You will be able to download the new tickets immediately using the “View tickets” button, and you will also receive a new email with the updated tickets.
