- Before travel - please check the service timetable for opening hours and departure times as it may vary depending on the pier.
- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
- Children 4 and under travel free (no ticket required) to a maximum of 2 children per paying adult.
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Guided Painted Hall talks run every 30 minutes from 11am – 4pm. Free multimedia guide available.
