Enter via the Sainsbury Wing entrance, the main entry point of the National Gallery on Trafalgar Square
Pass through security and proceed to the meeting point, marked by a tour sign, located in the Sainsbury Wing foyer, Level 0, right-hand side by the staircase
Look for your guide with a National Gallery official tour guide yellow badge
After the guided tour, visit Locatelli on Floor 1 of the Sainsbury Wing at 16:30 for a late lunch

Oversized luggage and video recording are not allowed
Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Inform dietary needs to the supplier in advance
Children aged 0-17: free; no ticket needed
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. A ratio of at least 1 adult to 10 children is required
