Please meet your tour lead at the top of the MTA staircase, directly across from the SUMMIT entrance. If you arrive late, check in with the box office, as you may not be able to be accommodated on a later tour.
Important information
Not allowed:
- Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats, and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring is not permitted
- There is no storage for personal items. Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed
Know in advance:
- Please arrive 10 min prior to your tour time as tours depart on time. If you arrive late, check in with the Box office on site, as you may or may not be able to be accommodated on a later tour
- Professional photo opportunities are available throughout the tour and included in the premium experience
- Food and beverages are available for purchase at the on-site sky-high lounge and café Après
- The Ascent experience (exterior glass elevators) is not included
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue
- Free of charge for children under 5 years old

- It is recommended to wear pants, shorts or tights to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors
