Ride a ropeway over valleys and cruise on a lake

Begin your visit at Oshino Hakkai, a traditional village at the base of Mount Fuji. Observe the eight ponds filled with clear, spring-fed water.

Proceed to Hakone and ride the Hakone Ropeway over valleys and geothermal terrains towards the Owakudani volcanic valley, formed from a past eruption of Mount Hakone, where you can see steam vents and hot springs.

Try the local specialty, black eggs (at your own expense), known for their symbolic significance.

Continue with a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi aboard the Grand Tea Ceremony vessel or Sorakaze, offering scenic mountain views and another chance to see Mount Fuji.

Visit the Hakone Shrine, featuring a striking lakeside setting and a notable red torii gate partially situated in the water.

Tour the reconstructed Odawara Castle to understand local historical architecture. Return to Tokyo on the bullet train (Shinkansen).

08:00 - Departure from Shinjuku (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday)
08:10 - Departure from Tokyo Station Yaesu Bus Terminal (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday)
10:00 - Oshino Hakkai (approx. 40 minutes)
12:00 - Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani (approx. 10 minutes)
12:15 - Owakudani (approx. 30 minutes)
13:15 - Lunch (at your own expense) and Hakone cruise (approx. 75 minutes)
15:15 - Hakone Shrine (approx. 20 minutes)
16:15 - Odawara Castle (approx. 10 minutes)
17:00 - Return to Tokyo by bullet train (approx. 30 minutes)
18:00 - Arrival at Tokyo Station
An adult cannot bring more than one baby
