Instructions

Enter through Gate C at the Nativity Façade on Carrer de la Marina, and present your smartphone ticket along with your ID
The chosen timeslot indicates when you'll enter the basilica. One hour after that, you'll climb a tower
Take the lift or climb the stairs of the tower assigned by the staff. Descend by stairs only
After your tower visit, you'll have plenty of time to explore the Sagrada Família

Groups of more than 9 people must purchase group tickets or join a guided tour. Groups with individual tickets may be denied entry.
The Sagrada Familia is a church: appropriate attire is required (covered shoulders, no transparent clothing, low-cut tops, bare backs or midriffs, swimwear, short pants/skirts, or flashy clothing for promotional/artistic purposes).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The towers may close at short notice due to maintenance or bad weather.

Access to the towers:

Children under 6, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility, and people with severe visual impairments are NOT allowed to access the towers.
The climb to the tower is by elevator or stairs, as indicated by staff.
Descent is by stairs only.

Visit and opening hours:

Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
The chosen time slot is for entering the basilica. Approximately 1 hour later, you will go up to the tower.
After visiting the tower, you will have time to continue visiting the basilica.

Wear church-appropriate clothes, or you may be denied entry
Kids under 6, pregnant women, and people with reduced mobility or serious visual impairments can't visit the towers
The towers may be closed for maintenance or bad weather on short notice
A sign guide is available in Spanish Sign Language (SSP), Catalan Sign Language (CSC), and International Sign (IS)
A descriptive audio guide is available in three languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English
To preserve spiritual character and facilitate personal prayer, Sagrada Família has established a daily hour of silence from 9:00 to 10:00. During this hour:
Use of headphones is mandatory for audio guides, mobile devices, or any audio content. Listening to audio without headphones is not permitted
Visitors need to maintain silence inside the temple
Visits may continue to take place as usual
Groups of more than nine people are not allowed
Children under 17 need to be accompanied by an adult
People with disabilities enter for free. Companions may pay 10 euros
