10:30 AM – Arakura Sengen Shrine & Shinkurayama Sengen Park Begin your journey on the “Path of Faith” at this world-renowned photography spot. Climb 398 steps for a stunning view of Mt. Fuji alongside a five-story pagoda and the Fujiyoshida townscape. Each season offers a different scenic backdrop—from cherry blossoms to snowy serenity.
11:40 AM – Hikawa Clock Shop & Honcho Street Stroll through Fuji’s “Sky Ladder Town.” This nostalgic street offers quiet charm and views that appear to lead directly to Mt. Fuji, symbolizing the spiritual closeness yet eternal distance from the divine. Traditional shopfronts evoke Japan’s Showa-era resilience and warmth.

During the cherry blossom season, the area transforms into a festival of pink petals and reflective lake scenes. The “Mt. Fuji Assembly Memorial Monument,” built from rocks sourced across Japan, adds to the park’s symbolic power.
