- Please arrive at Douro Marina – Afurada, Gate B, at least 10 minutes before departure. When using a navigation app, set your destination to Douro Marina – Afurada, as there are several marinas in Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The route may be adjusted due to weather, river, or navigation conditions. If Douro Wonders cancels or reschedules the experience for safety or weather reasons and you cannot attend the new time, you will receive a full refund.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. It may feel cooler on the river, and blankets are available onboard. Please wear shoes that are easy to remove, as all guests are asked to remove them before boarding.
