- For those who booked optional summit access, please note that summit tickets are subject to availability. If the summit is sold out or closed at the time of purchase, you will receive second-floor tickets and a partial refund.

- Please meet us at 3 Rue Buenos-Ayres, 75007 Paris (next to Castel Café) 15 mins before your Eiffel Tower tour start time. It’s a small street facing the entrance 1 of the Eiffel Tower. We’ll be there with a blue sign that says “Epic Tours"
- This is a hosted experience, not just a ticket. The tour includes historical insights, panoramic views with explanations of key landmarks, photo opportunities, and local tips—adding value beyond the ticket itself.
- Tickets for the stairs are not pre-purchased and there is no reserved access. All guests must wait in line to purchase tickets, which can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
