Know before you go
- You must check in at 08:30 at Km 5, Blvd. Kukulcán, Hotel Zone, 77500, Cancún, QR. Max. 8 people per platform. Minors 1.21–1.40 m must be accompanied by an adult in the Encounter program. For Swim Adventure or Royal Swim, they must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. Children 1.00–1.20 m may join Encounter with an adult with a paid ticket. For Swim Adventure and Royal Swim, they must be accompanied by 2 adults with paid tickets. Children under 1 m are considered infants and participate in Encounter, regardless of the selected program, provided the life jacket fits properly. For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed during marine mammal interactions. Professional photographs are available for purchase. Life jackets are mandatory for all water programs.
