- Chankanaab Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Children aged 6–12 and taller than 1.20 m may participate without an accompanying adult.
- Children under 5 who are taller than 1.19 m must pay the minor rate and participate accompanied by one paying adult.
- Cozumel operates on EST, UTC/GMT -5 according to the activity information.
- Guests taller than 1.40 m or aged 13 and over pay the adult rate.
- Life jackets are mandatory during water activities.

- Sunscreen of any kind, including biodegradable sunscreen, is not permitted inside the facilities.
