Begin your Versailles experience in the heart of Paris at Saint-Lazare, where you will meet your host in the morning and travel together by train to Versailles.
After arriving in Versailles at approximately 10:45 AM, your host will accompany you to a local French café, bakery, or boulangerie for a relaxed breakfast. Enjoy a classic French breakfast such as a fresh croissant and coffee while taking in the atmosphere of Versailles. The breakfast stop lasts approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the group's schedule.
After breakfast, your host will accompany you on foot toward the Palace of Versailles. At the Palace, you will meet your licensed professional Palace guide at the Statue of Louis XIV. Your host will introduce you to the Palace guide before handing the group over for the guided Palace experience.
Your licensed guide will then lead you inside the Palace of Versailles and bring its fascinating history to life. Explore magnificent royal interiors, including the State Apartments and the iconic Hall of Mirrors, while learning about the French monarchy, the court of Louis XIV, and the people and events that shaped this extraordinary royal residence.
After the guided Palace tour, you will have access to the Gardens of Versailles. Your guide will provide a brief introduction to the Gardens, including their history, design, fountains, sculptures, and spectacular perspectives. You can then explore the extensive Gardens independently at your own pace.

- The Gardens are not guided. Your Palace guide will provide a brief introduction before you explore them independently.
