Know before you go
- Children with a height of 1 meter up to 1.20 meters may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
- Children with a height of less than 1 meter will be considered infants and will carry out activities in the Encounter program regardless of the program they participate in (it is required that the life jacket fits them properly).
- For safety reasons, the use of cameras during the interaction with marine mammals is not allowed.
- Minors with a height of 1.21 to 1.40 meters must be accompanied by an adult in the Encounter program.
- The official government maritime fee is $300 MXN for nationals and 15 USD for foreigners. It is paid directly at the dock.
- To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, they must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
