Know before you go
- Children with a height of 1 m up to 1.20 m can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
- Children with a height of 1.21 to 1.40 m must be accompanied by an adult in the Encounter program
- Children with a height of less than 1 m will be considered infants and will participate in activities of the Encounter program regardless of the program in which they participate (it is required that the vest fits properly)
- For safety reasons, the use of cameras during interaction with marine mammals is not allowed
